If you have never been to Landlord Jim's, an underground hip-hop bar in Downtown San Diego run right now and pay your respects!
Landlord Jim's is that rare place left in the world where people go just to have a good time and have acheived the rare distinction of becoming ultra-cool without the snobbery that usually accompanies it.
The bad news is that Landlord Jim's is closing...January 5th. I mean god forbid we leave something open that actually brings a close-knit community together or represents a blossoming art scene...there are condos to be built!
Last night myself Hooligan Brown, Dead Sea Dave, Sethalomew, Chowdeux and Shanamania had the quintessential Jim's night. We hung out, listened to some great music while still being able to interact with out bass drowning out our every thought.
